PAN Application Fees at UTIITSL (w.e.f.16th June 2018)
Option 1: The Applicant requires a physical PAN Card alongwith e-PAN Card.
While submitting his/her PAN application fees form, an applicant must select the “Both physical PAN Card and e-PAN Card” option if a physical PAN Card is required along with e-PAN Card. By choosing the “Both physical PAN Card and e-PAN Card” option on the PAN application form, the applicant gets:
- A physical PAN card shall be printed & dispatched to the communication address mentioned by the applicant in the application form.
- An e-PAN Card in PDF format, at no extra fee, shall be mailed to the e-mail address mentioned by the applicant in the application form, only if it has been provided and is valid/active.
(A) If the applicant submits the PAN application physically at the PAN Centers of UTIITSL :

(B) If the applicant applies online on the website of UTIITSL but submits the PAN application through physical mode, i.e. forwards the physical documents to the PAN Centers of UTIITSL:

(C) If the applicant applies online on the website of UTIITSL and submits the PAN application through paperless mode on the website itself, i.e. using Aadhaar-based e-KYC with e-Sign OR using scanned/digilocker documents with e-Sign OR using scanned/Digi locker documents with a digital Certificate:

Option 2: The Applicant requires only an e-PAN card and no physical PAN Card.
An applicant, while submitting his/her PAN application form, has to select the “e-PAN Card only, No physical PAN Card” option on the form if a physical PAN Card is not required. Here, an e-mail ID is mandatory and this option is applicable only if a valid/active e-mail ID is mentioned by the applicant on the form. You can get the PAN Application on the Google Play Store.
By selecting “e-PAN Card only, No physical PAN Card” option on the PAN application form, the applicant gets: ·
- There is no physical PAN Card.
- Only an e-PAN Card in PDF format shall be mailed to the e-mail address mentioned by the applicant in the application form if it has been provided and is valid/active.
(A) If the applicant submits the PAN application physically at the PAN Centers of UTIITSL:
